Job Description

Our client, a telehealth service company, servicing the Primary Home Care industry, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Telehealth on field Marketer to expand their telehealth services by building strong partnerships with home care agencies and patient caregivers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking environments and understands the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers, and home care agencies.
  • Promote telehealth services and educate partners on how these services benefit their patients.
  • Build and manage a growing book of business through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Attend networking events, healthcare forums, and community meetings to identify new opportunities.
  • Understand agency’s needs and educate them, how you can meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred patients.
  • Track outreach activity, referral outcomes, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical field, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and home care and healthcare operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of cold calling and remote sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills with C-suite and executive leaders
  • Experience working at or selling into LHCSA, CHHA and health plan markets
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development, preferably in home care.
  • A self-starter, self-motivated mindset with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Steady outreach and relationship-building.
  • Daily tracking and weekly reporting on your pipe line.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient care coordination is a plus.
  • This role involves fieldwork and remote communication.
  • Flexible schedule with occasional in-person meetings or events.
  • Must be comfortable traveling locally to meet partners and attend events.
  • A valid driver’s license, access to a car and willingness to travel 75% of the time.
