You will design and implement comprehensive, state-of-the-art virtual psychiatric care pathways, impacting mental health awareness and treatment across a diverse patient panel of all ages. Every day, you will leverage advanced telepsychiatry approaches to diagnose, treat, and manage a robust patient panel experiencing high demand for psychiatric services. You will collaborate seamlessly with on-site primary care providers, emergency medicine, neurology, and other specialists within an integrated care model, ensuring coordinated, holistic patient management through virtual consultations Your work directly addresses a significant community need, making a profound and immediate difference in reducing wait times and increasing access to quality mental healthcare from within our modern facilities or your home office.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
