We are hiring a fully-remote pelvic‑health provider able to treat full-time hours (30-40/week) extending to evenings (8pm EST) 2+ days per week. Option to flex a weekday to Saturday. You’ll step into an established orthopedic and pelvic health caseload serving a diverse patient population, including women, men, and individuals across the gender spectrum, all within a collaborative and supportive environment grounded in evidence-based care.

*Oregon and Washington licenses (full or compact) are needed to begin employment.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in OR and WA
