We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Family MedicineNurse Practitioner to join ourtelehealth team. This role is ideal for a dedicated provider who wants to make a meaningful impact serving underserved populations while working remotely in a flexible schedule.
As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting virtual patient visits, assessing symptoms, and creating thoughtful, effective care plans. Strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation, and clear communication are essential to success in this role.
