Sun Community Health (“SCH”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is a local non-governmental organization in Myanmar and is established in particular to advance socially beneficial purposes in Myanmar by promoting and providing information, services and products related to the prevention, promotion, curation and rehabilitation of the major health services including but not limited to HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health and non-communicable diseases with the aim of furthering good health, prosperity and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

All staff must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause.
The Telehealth Engagement Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering telehealth services to support Family Health including MNCH, Nutrition, and Emergency health response interventions. This role involves ensuring that clients receive timely remote consultations, treatment adherence counseling, and psychosocial support, particularly in disaster-affected areas. The Telehealth Engagement Officer will work closely with Telehealth team, Operation team, Counselors, and Program team to ensure accessible and responsive care through telemedicine platforms.
This position will be under Service Agreement Contract with up to December 2026. Required position is 1 and assigned area will be Telehealth Team, National Headquarters.
The Contractor will receive the basic daily service payment upon submission of a complete Daily Work Report to the respective Supervisor and payment will be made within 30 days after SCH receives and accepts the report. In addition, the Contractor may be eligible for a performance-based payment, which will be determined based on the verification of achievements against the Monthly or Quarterly Performance Indicator Report and the appraisal and approval of the respective Supervisor.

Sun Community Health (SCH) is a National Non-Governmental organization that has been established in Myanmar since January 1, 2022.
SCH envisions a future for Myanmar that is covered with a universal healthcare, and one where all Myanmar families have the power, opportunity, and ability to access the healthcare when they need without financial hardship.
SCH has been engaging with a range of health care providers including private health providers and community-based health workers to deliver much-needed primary care to low income and vulnerable populations. The capacity of providers is upgraded with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, and SCH distributes quality products with free or subsidized prices directly to the end users and through the providers. Regular monitoring, feedback collection and evaluation are conducted to ensure the services delivered by the participating providers are at quality standards. SCH has abundant experiences in implementing provider behavior change activities designed to achieve desired behaviors in service provision, and SCH has similarly implemented social, and behavior change campaigns designed to increase demand for available services.
