Job Description

• Coordinate online dermatology consultations between clients and dermatologists.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm consultation appointments based on client and dermatologist availability.
• Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or other communication channels regarding appointments and consultation-related queries.
• Coordinate with dermatologists to ensure consultations happen on time and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Send timely reminders and relevant consultation details to clients.
• Monitor scheduled consultations and proactively follow up in case of delays, cancellations, or no-shows.
• Assist clients with basic queries related to the consultation process and guide them through the online consultation journey.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, and consultation status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to subsequent services or follow-ups.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate dermatology team.
• Contribute to improving the overall client experience and teleconsultation process.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, healthcare coordination, teleconsultation, appointment scheduling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple appointments simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CRM, appointment-booking, or communication tools.
• Customer-first approach with a calm and empathetic communication style.
• Prior experience in dermatology, healthcare, telemedicine, clinics, or beauty/wellness is a plus.
