About the Role

The District Manager for a leading telecommunications provider, is responsible for leading and driving field execution, sales performance, and operational excellence across a defined district within the retail program. This role serves as the primary leader and coach for field sales representatives, ensuring consistent execution in a brand‑exclusive retail environment, achievement of sales and KPI targets, and delivery of a high‑quality customer experience.

The District Manager partners closely with National Field Leadership, Operations, and Analytics to monitor performance, manage labor, control expenses, and quickly adapt execution strategies to meet evolving program and client needs.

Contract: June 15 - December 31, 2026 (good possibility of extension)

Field Leadership & Execution

  • Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for Field Sales Representatives within the assigned district

  • Drive consistent, highquality execution across brandexclusive Verizon Value locations, ensuring adherence to program standards and client expectations

Performance Management

  • Own districtlevel sales, engagement, and execution performance, ensuring achievement of program goals and success metrics

  • Implement corrective action plans and performance improvement strategies as needed, including coaching, retraining, and structured followups

  • Monitor rep scorecards, sales results, attendance, and compliance metrics

Talent Management

  • Lead interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of field sales representatives

  • Ensure ongoing rep development through coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of selling behaviors

  • Manage scheduling, timecard approval, and labor utilization to align coverage with business needs

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain strong expense control and ensure adherence to all Mosaic/Acosta policies and procedures

  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all required reporting, including field insights, performance trends, and operational risks

  • Communicate program updates, execution changes, and best practices to the field in a timely and professional manner

Client & Retail Partnership

  • Identify and escalate risks, “red flag” issues, rep fallout, or program challenges using solutionoriented communication

  • Share actionable field insights, opportunities, and recommendations with leadership and crossfunctional partners

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly leadership and team calls

  • Support pilot testing, program enhancements, and future scale initiatives as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 4–5 years of experience in retail leadership, sales management, field marketing, or 3PL labor management.

  • Proven experience interviewing, hiring, training, and managing field teams.

  • Strong background managing performance in a metrics driven or salesfocused environment.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable.

  • Sales driven mindset with comfort managing to KPIs and performance goals.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Analytical ability to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field.

  • Proven ability to adapt in fast changing environments while maintaining execution discipline.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and field reporting platforms.
