Location: South Korea (Onshore - SHI Yard)

Contract Duration: August 2026 – December 2026 (Extendable)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Telecom Superintendent to join our Commissioning team in South Korea. The successful candidate will oversee telecommunications activities at the shipyard, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Lead and supervise all telecommunications installation and commissioning activities within the shipyard environment.
• Commissioning: Execute and manage the commissioning and start-up procedures for telecom systems, ensuring full operational readiness.
• Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, construction, and HSE teams to ensure seamless integration of telecom systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and technical specifications.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to the Commissioning Manager and highlight any technical discrepancies or delays.
• Mobility: Be available for business trips to other work sites as required by the project needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as a Telecom Superintendent, specifically within a shipyard or heavy industrial construction environment.
• Technical Background: Strong knowledge of offshore commissioning and start-up procedures.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with FLNG (Floating Liquefied Natural Gas) projects is highly preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be available for offshore rotation schedules if the project phase requires it.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
