
The Splicing Manager / Supervisor provides in-market, field-based oversight of fiber-optic splicing crews across multiple project locations. This role is responsible for directing day-to-day splicing activities, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and serving as the primary field point of contact. The position is travel-heavy and focused on leadership, guidance, and accountability.
We're looking for someone with a decent grasp of day-to-day splicing.
This role includes occasional travel to various markets as needed. RLM coordinates and books all travel arrangements, including flights and lodging. We also provide a daily meal per diem for days worked that require an overnight stay.
