Introduction to the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Service Manager to lead operational and project-based delivery within telecom and oil & gas environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing telecom contracts, coordinating technical teams, ensuring project delivery, maintaining client communication, and driving operational excellence.

This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both commercial and administrative activities while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Lead telecom operations and project execution within oil & gas projects
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development of telecom technical staff
  • Coordinate training sessions, competency development, and technical workshops
  • Supervise project documentation including work packs, method statements, BOMs, and technical reports
  • Act as the main focal point for client communication and contract management
  • Manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and logistics processes
  • Monitor project schedules, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Participate in operational and management meetings with clients
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with technical and financial procedures
  • Lead performance evaluations, salary reviews, and workforce planning
  • Ensure timely delivery of telecom services within budget and schedule
