Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (or other, based on your experience)

Telecom QC Inspector – RLM Underground

RLM Underground is looking for a QC Inspector who knows telecom construction and isn’t afraid to be out in the field every day. You’ll check the work, catch issues early, and make sure everything meets customer and safety standards. Pay range is still being set and will depend on the depth of your experience.

What You’ll Do

• Walk jobs daily and inspect underground/aerial work
• Check conduit, fiber, handholes, and utility installs
• Take photos, mark redlines, and flag anything that needs fixing
• Work directly with foremen and crews to keep jobs on track

This is straightforward work with steady projects on a team that takes pride in doing it right.

RLM Underground will provide a company vehicle (truck), fleet fuel credit card, laptop or iPad (as preferred), monthly phone stipend, and additional equipment as needed for the job.

Requirements

What You Need

• Soup to nuts telecom construction experience
• Ability to read prints and follow specs
• Solid communication skills and the drive to follow up on any issues
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within KY to job sites
