Job Description

You will join China Supply Team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are:

1. Demand & Sales Plan Alignment

  • Align production capacity with the sales plan, not just individual orders, to ensure realistic delivery commitments.
  • Communicate regularly with Sales to review forecast demand, order peaks, product mix changes and capacity loading.

2. Capacity Feasibility & Order Management

  • Conduct comprehensive capacity checks across all production lines (coloring, stranding, sheathing).
  • Evaluate forecast order feasibility and capacity saturation together with Sales.

3. Order Release & Schedule Execution

  • Review contract delivery dates and release production orders on schedule.
  • Track order progress, coordinate exceptions and escalate risks proactively.

4. S&OP / MPS Planning

  • Prepare monthly S&OP/MPS plans and monitor implementation.

5. Lead Time & Inventory Optimization

  • Provide solutions to shorten lead time and improve inventory turnover.
  • Balance stable production flow with minimal inventory levels.

6. Fiber & Raw Material Planning

  • Lead the planning team and fiber warehouse; optimize fiber allocation strategy.
  • Prepare and drive procurement plans for all raw materials, especially long-lead-time items.
  • Ensure accurate procurement specs and oversee execution.

7. Scheduling & Bottleneck Control

  • Schedule production plans, with priority focus on critical machines.
  • Anticipate potential bottleneck processes and propose alternative plans.
  • Monitor plan execution and coordinate immediate corrective actions when deviations occur.

8.HSE and Others

  • When the direct subordinate staff has a temporary vacancy, responsible for all the duties of the vacant position
  • Ensure the implementation of relevant laws and regulations and HSE related control procedures in the department

Who we are looking for

  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with English as the working language;
  • Be familiar with SAP, Proficient in Excel ,Access
  • Bachelor or above degree and specialist familiar with the wire and cable industry's production equipment and technology is better
  • Team work and be positive in attitude and have the sensor of Safety is first.
  • Strong ability to drive and solve problems;
  • Strong data analysis and planning abilities, and can withstand high work pressure;
  • Strong learning and communication skills, customer-oriented, excellent organizational coordination and systematic thinking skills
  • Good professional ethics;
  • Good experience in planning.
