Job Description

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.

Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.

Lead Design Engineer – Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise telecom engineering design activities across projects.

  • Review and approve design deliverables, calculations, and drawings for all telecom systems (voice, data, fiber optics, structured cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and access control).

  • Provide technical guidance to the telecom engineering team and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and international codes.

  • Participate in design reviews, site surveys, and vendor evaluations.

  • Mentor and support junior engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery of telecom design deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.

  • 12–15 years of telecom engineering design experience in Oil & Gas or large EPC projects.

  • Experience with ADNOC or Middle East projects is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in telecom design software and tools.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Senior Design Engineer – Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed telecom system designs, drawings, and specifications.

  • Perform calculations, equipment selection, and design verification for voice, data, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems.

  • Support Lead Engineer in design reviews, vendor coordination, and client meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and client specifications.

  • Assist in preparation of technical reports, documentation, and design deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.

  • 8–12 years of telecom engineering design experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.

  • Familiarity with ADNOC or Middle East project standards is preferred.

  • Proficiency in telecom design software and tools.

  • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
