Telecom Domain Expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge
deep industry expertise with
strategic content creation, enabling you to influence how our products are positioned in the market and perceived by customers. You will act as a bridge between
technical product development and market communication, ensuring that our content not only educates and informs but also establishes us as a
thought leader in the telecom space. If you have a passion for simplifying complex technologies into compelling narratives, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Doing- Leverage deep telecom industry knowledge (BSS/OSS, 5G, network infrastructure) to create
high-quality technical and marketing content. - Write in-depth product-focused content including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs,
and technical blogs that highlight product capabilities and value. - Translate complex telecom product functionalities, architectures, and use cases into clear,
compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Research emerging telecom technologies and trends (5G, O-RAN, AI/ML in telecom, cloud-
native networks, IoT, etc.) to keep content relevant and forward-looking. - Perform a detailed competitor content analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create SEO GEO AEO-driven content that captures high-intent keywords in the telecom and
enterprise technology space. - Work closely with the product management and marketing teams to:
- Document new product features with deep technical and business context.
- Develop pillar pages, product guides, and solution playbooks for customer engagement.
- Support product roadmap discussions with industry expertise and competitive insights.
- Provide technical input in client meetings, RFP responses, and product demos where domain
knowledge adds value. - Act as a trusted advisor and SME by supporting presales, product marketing, and consulting teams.
- Over time, evolve into a strategic consulting role, contributing to product vision, customer
engagement, and solution consulting.
What You Need- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in telecom BSS, OSS, 5G networks, or related infrastructure.
- Strong background as a telecom domain expert or SME with skills in requirement gathering,
stakeholder communication, and technical documentation. - Ability to write detailed technical content (whitepapers, solution briefs, blogs, product
documents) with storytelling flair. - Willingness to learn and apply SEO, GEO, AEO, digital marketing, and content research tools
- Familiarity with technical tools and formats: Postman, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent written English and communication skills – able to simplify complex telecom and
network concepts for diverse audiences. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven – capable of multitasking across product, content,
and consulting responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Telecom, or related fields
- Prior experience working for enterprise telecom products or platforms (Telco BSS/OSS either On-Premise/SaaS platform) as a software user, business analyst, or domain expert will get a preference.
