
ISS International SpA is looking for a Telecom Commissioning Specialist to supervise on-site activities related to a FPU Project in the Turkish Black Sea.
The resource will be part of the PMT responsible for overseeing the on-site commissioning and start-up activities performed by the main contractor.
The activities will be performed on a nearshore offshore facility located close to shore, in an offshore environment with accommodation provided on a dedicated accommodation barge supporting the project.
Requirements
Preferred Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom disciplines
At least 10 years of experience in Telecommunication on-site activities with good exposure in OFFSHORE Oil & Gas Projects
Minimum 5 years in commissioning and S/U
Past experience(s) in projects for Floating Units (FPU/FPSO; FLNG, etc.) will be a plus
Valid BOSIET / T-BOSIET certification is required
Ability to coordinate with contractors and site teams
Good command of English

Expected Starting date: June 2026
Working schedule: 10 hours/day for 6 days/week
Rotation: 90 days ON / 15 days OFF (including travel days)
Duration: minimum 6 months, liable to extension
Logistics: accommodation, meal, transport and A/R flight tickets at our charge and care
