Job Description

The Telecaller Executive plays a key role in driving the company's outreach efforts by communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to build relationships with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services and offerings.
  2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  3. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with clients to establish rapport.
  4. Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and track the progress of these leads.
  5. Document calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
  6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.
  7. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer inquiries and market trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills, with familiarity in using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if necessary.
