Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team targets
Develop and implement telesales strategies and performance KPIs
Monitor calls and provide feedback for quality assurance and improvement
Prepare regular sales reports and present performance to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals and campaigns
Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Proficient in Arabic and English
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
