Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team targets

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies and performance KPIs

  • Monitor calls and provide feedback for quality assurance and improvement

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance to senior management

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals and campaigns

  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Proficient in Arabic and English

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
