• Client HIGHLY prefers providers have their own workstation
• Weekend coverage required minimum 2 weekends/month
• New grads accepted
• Schedule determined based on client need and volume
• Temp privileges available for clean background/malpractice
• 3 references required after interview

Requirements:
• Active
Kentucky
License or IMLC
