Our growing team is seeking to hire a Telco Operations Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting the client directly in organizing our ongoing projects and telco assignments. This task involves, but is not limited to monitoring telco related operations, supporting the client directly with ongoing projects, and working with carriers and carrier's service teams. It will also require organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

A successful Operations Coordinator will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Handle daily telco related operations across carriers and work closely with carriers’ service teams
  • Manage telco work groups/ feedback groups and response to inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal user facing teams to troubleshoot and support resolution
  • Line management for carriers
  • Support Line/Device Procurement processes
  • Support ad-hoc telco audits / process audits
  • Handle documentations for Telco activities with carriers
  • Analyse financials, monthly invoices, highlight and resolve disputes/credits/high roaming fees in a timely manner with carriers
  • Ensuring and monitoring monthly invoices, line counts captured and reach internal systems and are paid on time using the correct invoicing requirements
  • Monitor Purchase Orders are sufficient for invoicing
  • Analyse operations dashboards and provide business analysis used to drive change and business decisions
  • Assist with ongoing operational projects
  • First point of contact for Enterprise Store team on telco procedures

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 1-2 or more years of applicable experience within a Telco/IT Logistics environment
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting
• Ability to quickly learn and master new technology
