POSITIONSOVERSIGT

Den tekniske salgsspecialist vil deltage i alle faser af salgsprocessen – herunder vurdering af kundernes behov, prisberegninger, udarbejdelse af tilbud, ordreregistrering og opfølgning i ERP-systemet. Dette indebærer et tæt samarbejde med virksomhedens regionale salgsrepræsentanter og lokale globale agenter samt direkte support til vores kunder. Derudover vil den tekniske salgsspecialist deltage i salgsopgaver sammen med vores globale interne salgsteam i Tyskland og USA.

CENTRALE ARBEJDS- OG ANSVARSOMRÅDER

  • Analysere udstyrsspecifikationer, materiale- og arbejdsomkostninger for at sikre rentable salgspriser
  • Udarbejde tilbud og tekniske afklaringer vedrørende ordrer til kunder og det øvrige salgsteam
  • Støtte regionale salgsrepræsentanter med analyse af kundekrav og produktanbefalinger
  • Levere teknisk afklaring af ordrer og produktkendskab, samarbejde med ingeniørteamet om at specificere standard- og specialudstyr og udarbejde tilbud på udstyret i overensstemmelse hermed
  • Udvikle og vedligeholde teknisk viden om Afinitas' produktlinje
  • Administrere ordrer i ERP-systemet, herunder registrering, opfølgning og overdragelse til ingeniørteamet
  • Yde salgssupport til interne salgsteams fra de øvrige Afinitas-lokationer

KVALIFIKATIONER

  • Ideelt en videregående uddannelse eller en ingeniør-, data- eller lignende uddannelse
  • Erfaring som salgsingeniør, tilbudsspecialist, teknisk sælger eller anden teknisk baggrund kombineret med en kommerciel tankegang.
  • Det anbefales, at du kan læse tekniske tegninger.
  • Der kræves gode organisatoriske evner og sans for detaljer.
  • Evne til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt og tilpasse sig skiftende prioriteter.
  • Der kræves stærke verbale og skriftlige interpersonelle/kommunikative evner.
  • Stærk forståelse for mekanik og maskinudstyr.
  • Erfaring med brug af MS Word, MS Excel og MS Outlook
  • Evne til at bevare roen og være professionel i travle perioder
  • Gode danske og engelske sprogfærdigheder i skrift og tale – tysk er en fordel

English Version

The Technical Sales Specialist will participate in all phases of the sales process – including customer needs assessments, price calculations, quoting, order registration and follow-up in the ERP system. This will involved working closely with the company's regional sales representatives and local global agents, as well as directly supporting our customers. In addition, the Technical Sales Specialist will be involved in sales tasks alongside our Global Inside Sales Team Members in Germany and USA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Analyze equipment specification, materials and labour costs, to ensure profitable sell prices
  • Prepare quotations and technical order clarification for customers and sales team
  • Support regional sales representatives with customer requirements analysis and product recommendations
  • Provide technical order clarification and product expertise, collaborating with Engineering team to specify standard and custom equipment and quote the equipment accordingly
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the Afinitas product line
  • Manage orders in ERP system, including registration, follow-up and Engineering handoff
  • Provide sales support to Inside Sales teams from other Afinitas locations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally higher level education or degree in Engineering, Data, or similar
  • Sales Engineer, Quotation Specialist, Technical Sales, or technical background with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings is recommended.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills are required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Experienced in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods of activities
  • Good Danish and English language skills in writing and speaking – German is a plus
