Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role:

To lead the Tekline Center of Excellence (CoE), delivering expert-level diagnostic assistance for Mahindra passenger vehicles across ICE and EV platforms. The role is responsible for enabling rapid and accurate resolution of complex technical issues, strengthening field support capability, and driving continuous improvement in vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide TEKline engineers to deliver accurate and timely diagnosis and resolution.
• Provide technical leadership in complex diagnostics and support resolution of escalated field concerns.
• Supporting TEKliners in complex diagnosis, handling escalated concerns
• Promote adoption of digital and remote diagnostic solutions.
• Provide expert remote technical assistance to dealerships for resolving complex and unresolved vehicle issues.
• Training need identification for TEKliners & Dealer Technical Manager.
• Strengthen technical competency of dealer personnel through coaching, knowledge sharing, and best practice dissemination.
• Preparing TAR performance data on monthly basis & identifying improvement areas
• Conducting TEKline satisfaction survey & identify improvement areas
• Identify new technology & process for effective troubleshooting/ new age diagnostics
• Provide remote Technical Assistance to assist dealers in complex trouble shooting of unresolved problems
• Failure Root cause analysis and share information with upstream teams for product improvements
• Enhance technical capabilities of dealer personnel
• Conduct dealership technical audits to ensure adherence to diagnostic standards and process compliance.
