Do you have experience working in an automotive dealership? Have you trained employees, supported dealership software implementations, or helped stores improve operational performance?
Asbury Automotive Group, one of the nation's largest automotive retailers, is seeking an experienced Tekion Training & Enablement Specialist to help dealerships maximize the value of their technology investments.
In this highly visible field-based role, you'll travel throughout the United States, partnering with dealership leadership and employees to improve operational performance through technology and process training. You'll train users, optimize dealership processes, solve operational challenges, and help ensure our dealerships get the most from Tekion and other industry-leading dealership software.

What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor to our dealerships, you will:
Training & Coaching
• Deliver engaging on-site and virtual training programs for dealership personnel.
• Train employees on Tekion functionality, dealership workflows, and operational best practices.
• Coach dealership teams to improve software adoption and operational efficiency.
• Develop training materials including user guides, videos, quick-reference guides, and operational playbooks.
• Reinforce best practices through coaching, mentoring, and follow-up visits.
Dealership Operations
• Evaluate dealership workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.
• Partner with General Managers, Sales Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, Service Managers, Parts Managers, and Corporate Leadership.
• Recommend process improvements that improve productivity, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Help dealerships align operational processes with technology capabilities.
Technology Enablement
• Become a subject matter expert on Asbury's dealership technology ecosystem.
• Support software implementations, Tekion rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Drive user adoption across multiple dealership locations.
• Measure technology adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Problem Solving & Vendor Partnership
• Troubleshoot dealership operational and system issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and software vendors to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage vendor support cases through resolution.
• Participate in product enhancement discussions, pilot programs, and future technology initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Highly Preferred
• Hands-on experience with Tekion DMS
• Experience working in an automotive dealership
• Experience training dealership employees
• Experience implementing dealership software
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with dealership leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel 65–90% throughout the United States
Tekion experience is highly preferred. Candidates with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or other dealership DMS experience who have trained users or participated in software implementations are encouraged to apply.

• Three or more years of experience in one or more of the following:
