We’re looking for passionate, skilled professionals who are ready to make a meaningful impact in English language education. Required qualifications include:
A Bachelor’s degree in English, TEFL/TESOL, or Education with a focus on language instruction
At least two years of experience teaching English as a foreign or second language—experience in Africa is a strong plus
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
A proven ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to new challenges
Experience working in resource-limited, multicultural environments
A demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism, and service
