Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo del Puesto

Es el responsable de cubrir un turno de producción, siendo capaz de atacar y resolver cualquier falla que se le presente, de los equipos del proceso y de soporte tales como compresores, equipo de tratamiento de aguas, cortes de energía, montacargas, pedir soporte cuando sea necesario y tener habilidad de ofrecer soluciones rápidas a las fallas para no interrumpir mucho tiempo la producción, siguiendo los reglamentos de seguridad, trabajar bajo presión.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Mantener los equipos del proceso operando al 100% en su turno.
• Mostrar habilidad en la solución de problemas que se presenten en su turno.
• Dar soporte a los demás clientes internos durante su turno.
• Cumplir con la realización de los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos programados.
• Mantener un stock equipos y materiales de soporte para la pronta solución a una falla.
• Saber tomar una decisión para cuando sea necesario parar un equipo por falla.
• Mantener en buenas condiciones su herramienta y aplicar 5´s en el taller de mantenimiento.

Educación y Experiencia

• Carrera técnica en las áreas de mecánica, electricidad, máquinas y herramientas, refrigeración, electrónica, mecatrónica o equivalente.
• 1 años de experiencia en puestos similares o relacionados a las áreas de mantenimiento.

Competencia Requerida

• Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y control.
• Conocimientos avanzados en electricidad, hidráulica, neumática, electrónica y control.
• Conocimientos de soldadura eléctrica y autógena
• Habilidad en el manejo de herramienta de taller.
