Job Description

• Assist to the Product Quality Engineer with the assigned activities to improve GMP/GDP and compliance in the assigned area.
• Monitoring of process controls during the validation event.
• Realization and generation of reports of validation sampling plans.
• Execution of process/product audit routines.
• Measurement of assembled, molded, and extruded components.
• Monitoring of dimensional and visual inspections in DHR based in validation protocols.
• Follows preventive safety measures, occupational disease, and environmental contingencies on the plant.
• Notify unsafe acts or conditions or environmental risk within the company.
• Performs audits process and or finished product in accordance with established sampling plans and/ or related procedures determines the acceptability of it and documenting the results.
• Ensures that non-conforming product and components are identified and segregated according to the procedure.
• Documents the finding through NCR system
• Ensures that the instructions for rework or sort are conducted in accordance with the established criteria.
• Performs the review of DHR's ensuring the finished product that meets the requirements of line clearance, process parameters, labeling, traceability, rework instructions, records quality inspection, validation support.
• Complies with policies for health, safety, and environment.
