Objetivo/ Propósito del puesto:

Dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo de equipo y maquinaria y disminuir el mantenimiento correctivo de maquinaria y equipo, con la dirección del TPM.

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo al equipo y maquinaria de producción

• Dar soporte a los Mantenimientos Preventivos y Correctivos de los equipos de procesos (equipos de SMT, Auto inserción, maquina soldadura por ola, máquina de soldadura selectiva y lavadoras de PCB Work.

• Dar soporte a Solicitudes de Mantenimiento en general.

• Dar seguimiento a las actividades relacionadas con el TPM.

• Generar y actualizar ayudas visuales para los equipos de procesos

• Implementar cambios de ingeniera, así como generar cambios internos y externos en procedimientos

• Programación en equipos de procesos.

• Proporcionar causas raíz y solución de problemas para mejorar la calidad del producto.

• Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.

Competencias y habilidades:

• Carrera como Electromecánico, Electrónica o similar

• 1 año de experiencia en posición similar

• Conocimiento en Neumática, electricidad, control eléctrico y sistemas mecánicos

• Computación básica

• Conocimiento en Mantenimientos preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.

• Ingles básico

• Conocimiento y entendimiento en los Sistemas de Gestión de Ambiental y Calidad, en sus versiones actuales (por ejemplo, ISO 14001, 9001).
