A Day in the Life

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo al área de Facilities, asegurando la correcta gestión del mantenimiento del edificio, control de proveedores y cumplimiento de servicios generales y seguridad.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Generar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo en sistema (CMMS).
  • Coordinar servicios de mantenimiento con proveedores externos.
  • Llevar control de bitácoras de mantenimiento e inspecciones.
  • Apoyar en la programación de mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Dar seguimiento a reportes de fallas y asegurar su cierre.
  • Controlar inventario básico de refacciones y consumibles.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y KPI’s del área.
  • Dar soporte en auditorías y cumplimiento de procedimientos.
  • Realizar compras de refacciones
  • Coordinar servicios generales (limpieza, HVAC básico, electricidad, etc.).

Requisitos

Educación

  • Carrera técnica (mantenimiento, mecánica, civil, electromecánica o afín).

Experiencia

  • 1–3 años en funciones administrativas o soporte en mantenimiento / facilities.

Conocimientos

  • Manejo de macrosoft office
  • Uso de sistemas de mantenimiento (CMMS)
  • Control de órdenes de trabajo
  • Conceptos generales de mantenimiento de edificios

TECHNICIAN SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: Provides technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement or product development. Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performs detailed mathematical calculations. For higher levels, may suggest and/or make improvements to optimize work processes.
