Como Técnico(a) de Projetos na equipe de Soluções da Rockwell Automation, você participará das fases de desenvolvimento e implantação de projetos de automação industrial, atuando na configuração, programação, testes e comissionamento de soluções baseadas em tecnologias Rockwell. Você trabalhará em equipes organizadas por projeto, em um ambiente colaborativo e voltado à inovação, contribuindo para projetos complexos na indústria de processos e Oil & Gas. A posição é baseada no Rio de Janeiro/RJ e requer disponibilidade para viagens e atuação nas instalações dos clientes.

Suas Responsabilidades:

• Configurar e implementar sistemas de automação industrial utilizando produtos Rockwell Automation.
• Analisar documentação de engenharia dos clientes, incluindo P&IDs, fluxogramas, MCE, descritivos técnicos e diagramas elétricos.
• Programar controladores industriais (PAC/PLC) utilizando Studio 5000.
• Desenvolver telas de supervisão e interfaces homem-máquina (IHMs) utilizando FactoryTalk View SE/ME.
• Configurar equipamentos industriais, incluindo relés, drives, CCMs, IHMs e instrumentação.
• Configurar e implementar redes industriais Ethernet/IP.
• Realizar validações de solução junto aos clientes durante Testes de Aceitação em Fábrica (TAF).
• Executar atividades de comissionamento e start-up das soluções em campo.

Requisitos Essenciais:

• Graduação em Tecnologia, Automação Industrial, Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas.
• Experiência na indústria de Oil & Gas.
• Conhecimento em linguagens de programação para controladores industriais (Ladder, FBD, SFC e Structured Text).
• Experiência com FactoryTalk View.
• Experiência com Studio 5000 (ControlLogix).
• Conhecimento em redes industriais Ethernet/IP.
• Disponibilidade para viagens e trabalhos nas instalações dos clientes.
• Residir no Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

• Mais de 3 anos de experiência em projetos de automação industrial.
• Participação em projetos complexos na indústria de processos.
• Comunicação avançada em inglês, oral e escrita.
• Experiência com ambientes de virtualização VMware.
• Conhecimento de redes e protocolos de comunicação industrial, como AS-i, DeviceNet, ControlNet e DH+.
• Conhecimento de sistemas legados, incluindo PLC-5 e SLC500.
• Conhecimento em sistemas de batelada S88.
• Experiência com softwares como FT AssetCentre, FT Historian e FT Batch.
• Conhecimentos em bancos de dados SQL.
• Certificações técnicas.
• Conhecimento em Workbench (AADvance).
