What you can do:
Lead raw and packaging material qualification projects:Coordinate and execute testing of new raw and packaging materials to ensure their compliance with quality standards.
Participate in product formula improvement and optimization projects:Actively engage in the development and testing of new formulas aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing cost.
Analyze current material and production process issues and find solutions using Lean Manufacturing tools:Conduct analysis of existing problems and develop effective solutions for their elimination.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative digital technologies to support quality assurance initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 200 000 rubles gross
Annual bonus
Relocation and housing support ( 22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications
Higher education, preferably in a technical / chemistry field.
Relevant experience in project management for at least 2 years.
Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
