We are seeking a highly accomplished and experienced SAP SFSF AMS- Application Management Support Lead with 3-5 years of experience to spearhead the management and coordination of SAP SFSF functional modules and IT governance activities within our support organization.
As an SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) Manager you will handle managed services engagement, stakeholder liaison, and team leadership for SF support, focusing on system configuration (like Employee Central, Recruiting), data integration, testing, training, and driving user adoption, bridging technical teams and HR to optimize HR processes using the platform.
