OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

• Provide L2 functional production support for OpenText VIM, including invoice processing, exception handling, and posting errors
• Troubleshoot and resolve invoice lifecycle issues across capture, validation, workflow, and SAP posting
• Analyze and resolve price/quantity mismatches, duplicate invoices, tolerance issues, and payment block scenarios
• Support and monitor VIM approval workflows, including agent determination, re-routing, escalations, and stuck work items
• Partner with AP business users to resolve invoice processing issues and minimize business disruption
• Perform functional root cause analysis and recommend configuration or process improvements
• Support reprocessing of failed invoices and workflow recovery activities

OpenText ADA (Archiving and Document Access)

• Functional knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink and document lifecycle management
• Ability to troubleshoot document archiving, retrieval, and attachment access issues
• Experience supporting OpenText Content Server connectivity and repository-related issues
• Understanding of document storage rules, retention policies, and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze and resolve archive-related errors and access failures
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and OpenText technical teams for archive and content server issues
• Support archive reprocessing and recovery activities

Required functional

• Hands-on functional experience with OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
• Strong understanding of SAP AP (FI/MM) invoice processing and P2P processes
• Experience supporting VIM workflows and approval scenarios
• Knowledge of invoice exceptions, tolerances, and duplicate invoice handling
