About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technology Transformation Consulting Manager to join our growing practice and lead client-facing technology transformation engagements.

In this role, you will work with senior business and technology leaders to assess complex technology environments, identify transformation opportunities, and translate business needs into practical technology strategies and roadmaps.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong consulting and client-facing capabilities with broad technology expertise, and can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technology assessments, discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Advise senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Assess enterprise systems, architecture, data environments, processes, and technology operating models.
• Identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, automation, data & analytics, and digital transformation.
• Translate complex technology challenges into clear business recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Lead consulting engagements from assessment through recommendations and implementation planning.
• Support proposals, business development activities, and client pursuits.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Technology Transformation, CIO Advisory, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Broad understanding of enterprise technology, including areas such as enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday), architecture, cloud, integration, data & analytics, AI and automation.
• Experience leading workshops, technology assessments, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact.
• Experience developing executive-level recommendations, roadmaps, and proposals.
