Technology Transactions Counsel

What you’ll achieve

In this role you will lead negotiations for complex agreements with Dell’s largest global customers. This is a highly visible role where your judgment, negotiation skills, and business acumen will directly shape major business outcomes. You will work on mission-critical deals with top global enterprise customers, operate as a strategic business partner, not just a legal reviewer and you will gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and global transactions.

You will:

• Lead negotiations for high-profile, complex commercial agreements involving technology, software, and services
• Partner with senior sales and business leaders to develop deal strategy and drive successful outcomes
• Provide pragmatic guidance on legal risk, commercial positioning, and contract structure
• Review and influence RFPs, proposals, and contractual frameworks
• Collaborate across sales, services, finance, operations, and delivery teams
• Ensure agreements both enable revenue growth and protect the company’s long-term interests

Essential Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership
• 6+ years of experience in technology transactions, commercial contracts, or in-house legal roles
• Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value agreements, ideally in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of IT, software, and services agreements
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and deal execution
• Confidence working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
