Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a mid-level attorney, you will play a critical role in advising clients on a wide range of technology transactions, including software, technology, and content licenses, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate a variety of technology transactions, including licenses, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions to meet their technology transaction goals
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex technology transactions and provide insightful recommendations to clients
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients
Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience as an associate attorney with a strong background in intellectual property law
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions, including software, technology, and content licenses, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
