Job Opportunity: Technology Transactional Associate Attorney

Are you a seasoned attorney with 3-6 years of experience looking to join a dynamic Technology Transactions Group? Our cutting-edge technology transactions practice is seeking a talented associate to contribute to our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Technology Transactional Associate Attorney, you will be involved in:

- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial, technology, and intellectual property agreements.

- Serving as the go-to IP specialist for M&A, venture capital, and other corporate transactions.

- Supporting M&A, venture capital, and private equity deals with a focus on technology transactions.

- Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including license agreements, development agreements, distributor and reseller agreements, customer and supplier contracts, and OEM and manufacturing agreements.

- Managing associated transactions and providing expert guidance on legal issues.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- 3-6 years of solid experience in technology transactions.

- Strong academic credentials.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Background or interest in technology, emerging companies, and software and open source software issues.

- Preferably, experience in a large law firm.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role in Century City is $250,000 - $370,000 This represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location.
