Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite) | Starting compensation: $50,000, plus benefits and annual pay increases

What You’ll Do:
- Provides support to end users in the usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware.
- Maintains computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and resolves computer and peripheral equipment.
- Determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Installs equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
- Other duties as assigned by the IT Director.

Basic Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and 4 years of professional information technology experience OR a bachelor's degree and two years of professional information technology experience
- Minimum of 2 years supporting Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365/Entra, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking LAN, and WLAN
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff, following oral and written directions.
- Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operations of telecommunication systems
Desired (But Not Required) Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a Citrix environment

QualificationsEducation required:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience or certifications required.
Experience required:
2 years of professional technical training or information technology experience required.
Specific skills, knowledge and abilities required:
Experience in a Citrix environment is a plus. Minimum of 2 years supporting Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Windows Server 2008 and 2012. Networking LAN and WLAN. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to read, speak and write in English.  Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control and operations of telecommunication systems. Willingness to take on other responsibilities as required.
