As a Technology Support Analyst, you'll provide a seamless technology experience for our employees through a blend of remote Service Desk and onsite support. You'll troubleshoot a broad range of technology issues, support onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain workplace and collaboration technology, and work closely with colleagues and vendors to keep our people connected, productive and supported.
