Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Specialist with expertise in Separation and Produced Water Treatment to support technology development, project execution, tendering activities, and client engagements. The successful candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, contributing to innovative process solutions while supporting regional projects and business development initiatives.
- Serve as the technical specialist for Separation and Produced Water Treatment technologies.
- Provide technical support for regional projects, tenders, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the development of new products and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with tendering teams to develop competitive technical concepts and proposals.
- Support Business Development during technical discussions and customer engagements.
- Perform feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and process studies.
- Deliver timely and high-quality technical support to commercial projects and technology development initiatives.
- Troubleshoot process and technology-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve work processes and technology offerings.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and collaboration with execution teams following successful project awards.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Proven experience in Separation and Produced Water Treatment projects.
- Strong expertise in Separation and Produced Water Treatment technologies.
- Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS and UNSIM.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in process systems.
- Participation in HAZOP and SIL studies, including close-out activities.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of competitor technologies and market trends.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support winning technical proposals.
- Excellent technical writing skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and global teams.
- Innovative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
