We're looking for a Technology Solutions Manager to help bring Terra's Technology and Digital Strategy to life. You'll work across the business with Sales, Service, Parts, Product Support, customers and Caterpillar to help drive technology adoption and ensure our customers are getting real value from the solutions available to them.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, sharing knowledge and helping others get the most value from technology.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:

• Help drive Terra's Technology and Digital Strategy.

• Support customers to get up and running with technology and digital solutions.

• Become a trusted subject matter expert for both customers and colleagues.

• Deliver onboarding, training and coaching to help others get the most from our technology offerings.

• Show customers and stakeholders how technology can improve productivity, utilisation, safety and overall performance.

• Review technology usage and identify opportunities to create even better outcomes.

• Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts and Product Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Keep up to date with the latest technology and industry developments.

What we're looking for

You may come from a Service, Product Support, Parts, Sales, Training, Operations or technical background. What's most important is your willingness to learn, build relationships, influence and champion technology solutions across the business.
