Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Access Management / IAM engineering, with expertise in PingFederate, CA SiteMinder, or DevOps engineering roles
3+ years of experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation, including Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) initiated flows

3+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Access Management products across Red Hat Linux and Windows platforms
Strong hands-on experience with SAML-based SSO, secure token technologies, and federation protocols
Proficient in Linux environments, including Shell scripting, Secure Shell (SSH), and command-line tools; strong working knowledge of editors such as vi/vim
Excellent troubleshooting skills related to SSO, Identity Federation, and Access Management applications
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operation

Desired Qualifications:

Change Management experience - specifically drafting CRQ relating to Ping Federate and certificate upgrades

Communicate status frequently to product teams and engineering program managers.

Experience adhering to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines

Establishes, maintains, and strictly adhering to access control guidelines put forth by Information Security department

Support project during LLE and production rollout
