Technology Service Analyst
Deliver Exceptional Technology Support.

We’re seeking a highly customer-focused Technology Service Analyst to join the Service Desk team and provide responsive technical support to lawyers and business professionals. This role combines advanced troubleshooting, IT asset management, audiovisual support, user training, and project coordination to ensure that employees have a reliable and effective technology experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide timely technical support through phone, email, Webex, ticketing system, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and basic network issues; escalate complex incidents as needed.
- Own incidents from intake through resolution, maintaining clear documentation and user communication.
- Manage IT asset deployment, inventory, recovery, and disposal while maintaining accurate records.
- Support local conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, meetings, and events in partnership with AV and Office Services teams.
- Coordinate and deliver technology training for new lawyers and business professionals.
- Provide technology support for firmwide meetings, events, office openings, moves, and other strategic initiatives that may require travel.
- Support IT projects through planning, documentation, status tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve the technology experience and stay current with emerging technologies.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of technical support experience or equivalent knowledge of business technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and common enterprise productivity applications.
- Experience supporting audiovisual systems, videoconferencing platforms, conference rooms, and technology for high-profile meetings and events.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, enterprise applications, and peripherals.
- Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills and experience working with technical documentation and vendor resources.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
- Ability to work effectively with lawyers, business professionals, technology teams, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 in a professional services environment.
- Experience with Apple MacBooks/macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise device deployment tools such as SCCM.
- Experience supporting audiovisual systems and conference room technology.
- Previous experience supporting technology in a legal environment.
- Ability to remain professional under pressure and adapt quickly to changing technology and business needs.

This position may be filled in the following location. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
New York compensation range: $82,140 to $127,890 annually
