Job Description

Key purpose:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business by utilising your hunter mentality and strong sales skills. Your ability to create and foster relationships with clients will be critical to your success.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through a variety of methods, including cold calling, research, networking, and territory management.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Utilize industry tools and programs to manage leads and track progress.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a hunter sales role, with a focus on generating new business.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High standards for professionalism and presentation.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with industry tools and programs.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising best practices.
