You will drive executive operating rhythms, lead high-impact communications, and coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts that are essential to organizational success. This highly visible position requires a proactive leader who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments, including engagements with regulators and senior executives.
Beyond core business management responsibilities, the role leverages a strong understanding of technology resiliency disciplines, including business continuity, incident response, and recovery planning—to support key initiatives and provide surge capacity during periods of heightened operational demand.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to influence outcomes across a broad and diverse stakeholder community.
Key responsibilities include driving leadership effectiveness through the management of critical operating rhythms, such as staff meetings, executive forums, and governance routines. This includes developing agendas, coordinating materials, facilitating follow-up actions, and ensuring accountability and alignment against strategic priorities.
The role also requires the development of executive-ready communications and presentations that translate complex technology, risk, and resiliency topics into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making and reinforce enterprise objectives. Additionally, you will support resiliency programs through business continuity planning, incident response coordination, recovery preparedness, and surge support during critical events, testing exercises, and regulatory activities.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to monitor and report on strategic initiatives, OKRs, and key performance metrics, providing leadership with meaningful insights into progress, risks, and opportunities.
