PermanentThis role plays a critical position in supporting the success of Finning’s expanding Technology rental portfolio, with a focus on Minestar hardware solutions including TfG, Fleet, Health, and Site Awareness. As a key contributor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of rental coordination and performance, ensuring seamless execution from initial request through to implementation and ongoing support.
Sitting at the center of customer Autonomous Haulage System operations, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality, reliable technology solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring rental equipment is fully prepared, accurately tracked, properly documented, and aligned to billing and utilization expectations.

You will work closely with Technology Sales, Service, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers to drive strong outcomes for both Finning and its customers, while contributing to revenue growth, compliance, and overall customer satisfaction.
Major Job Functions:
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external rental inquiries.
Coordinate andmonitorrental fleetimplementation, maintenance, and readiness activities across branches and facilities.
Prepare and manage work requests, service cases, budgets, and schedules ensuring alignment with quoted work.
Track and manageTechnologyMinestarHardwarelocation, movement, additions, and disposals.
MaintainaccurateTechnologyMinestarHardwarerecords, maintenance documentation, and compliance requirements.
Identifyand escalateTechnologyMinestarHardware, reliability, or cost risks discovered through service history or repair analysis.
Rental Transactions & Contract Administration
Perform the end‑to‑end rental agreement and contract process for new, used, andTechnologyMinestarHardware
Create, verify, and manage rental contracts and supporting documentationfor rental customers ofMinestarTechnology Hardware
Maintainaccuraterental portfolios and customer pre‑authorized payment information.
Coordinate credit reviews and ensureaccuratecustomer and account data.
Manage purchase orders and third‑party supplier invoices related to rentals and fleet support.
Invoicing, Billing & Financial Controls
Prepare and process rental invoicing for new, used,Perform the end‑to‑end rental agreement and contract process for new, used, andTechnologyMinestarHardware

Coordinate daily communication between Sales, Service, Fleet Management, Repair Planning, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain, Warranty, and external vendors.
Support connected asset technologies, system updates, and reporting.
Maintainaccuratedata across, Infor SmartOffice,DSP, and related systems.
Contribute to fleet performance improvement initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
Provide cross‑training and back‑up support within the rental coordinator team.

Post‑secondary education in Business, Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field orequivalent practical experience
Experience in equipment rental, fleet operations, service coordination, or dealership environment preferred
Previoussales, customer service, or financial administration experience considered an asset
Minimum experience levels may vary based on role level (Coordinator → Senior Coordinator → Manager)
