
About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Release Delivery Coordinator to support the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled tools, data platforms, and advanced analytics products within the Customer Information Product organization.
This role is anchored on a Lead Scrum Master foundation and is intended for senior Agile practitioners with deep experience coaching teams, enabling Agile maturity, and driving delivery outcomes at scale. The Technology Release Delivery Coordinator applies Lead Scrum Master capabilities beyond a single team, coordinating delivery and release execution across multiple Agile teams delivering AI‑enabled products within a regulated enterprise environment.
The position expands the traditional Scrum Master scope to include release orchestration, dependency management, delivery risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, data, and platform teams, while maintaining strong ownership of Agile principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Lead Scrum Master at scale, coordinating technology release delivery for AI‑enabled tools, analytics platforms, and data products across multiple Agile teams and value streams
Act as a senior Agile coach, guiding teams in the effective application of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile models to improve readiness, predictability, and delivery outcomes
Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and release readiness, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, data science, and platform teams
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and Platform teams to align delivery priorities, roadmaps, and release execution plans
Support delivery of AI‑enabled solutions, coordinating dependencies related to data pipelines, model readiness, validation activities, and enterprise governance approvals
Use delivery metrics and empirical data (e.g., velocity, flow, predictability) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize delivery performance
Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, risk, security, and AI governance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
Identify and address systemic impediments impacting team agility, facilitating resolution and guiding appropriate escalation paths
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and transparency, providing regular updates on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, contributing to increased Agile maturity and consistency across teams and value streams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting delivery of AI tools, GenAI platforms, machine learning systems, or advanced analytics products
Experience coordinating delivery across data science, ML engineering, platform, and product teams
Familiarity with the AI/ML delivery lifecycle, including experimentation, validation, governance, and production releases (from a delivery and coordination perspective)
Proven success delivering large, cross‑functional initiatives in a scaled Agile environment
Strong working knowledge of SDLC, release governance, and change management within regulated technology organizations
Hands‑on experience using Agile and delivery tools such as Jira or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to improve delivery outcomes using metrics, flow analysis, and continuous improvement practices

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
