This role suits experienced recruiters, contract billers, or UK-based software / technology sales professionals looking to transition into recruitment.
Youll join a high-performing technology recruitment team operating across international markets, particularly the Nordics, where a consultative, relationship-led approach is valued.
The business has undergone a highly successful shift to a contract-led recruitment model, now accounting for around 75% of revenue, with record-breaking performance over the last 18 months. Growth is organic, measured, and built around hiring the right people — resulting in exceptionally low attrition.
