We are looking for a driven and technically fluent Technology Project Manager to join our growing Thailand teamIn this role, you will be the primary delivery owner for complex MarTech and CX technology implementations - managing client relationships, cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risks across the full project lifecycle
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with genuine technical literacy in marketing technologyYou are equally comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves to unblock delivery teamsYou will work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and regional leadership to ensure every engagement is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Drive and manage client relationships to deliver successful projects, coordinating across creative, content, data, consulting, and technology stakeholders
Uncover and understand clients' business objectives and KPIs, translating these into clear delivery outcomes and measurable value
Regularly report and communicate project status, risks, and milestones in a clear and timely manner
Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews in partnership with Account and Solution Architect leads, incorporating delivery performance and strategic insight
Oversee the full project delivery lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure consistent delivery within agreed parameters
Create, document, and maintain all project governance artefacts including project charters, communications plans, risk management plans, stakeholder management plans, and status reports
Collaborate with the PMO to establish and refine project frameworks, governance standards, and delivery processes ensuring all governance is followed and documented
Manage project risks proactively, remove delivery impediments and barriers, and route escalations in a timely and structured manner
Identify scope creep and surface new opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell in partnership with Account leads
Build, lead, and sustain a highly productive delivery team by providing support, coaching, and mentorship to help team members thrive and stay motivated
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture across multi-cultural and multi-agency environments
Act as a servant leader removing blockers, enabling autonomy, and creating the conditions for the team to do their best work
Create Statements of Work, Change Requests, and provide pre-sales support for new opportunities
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Account leads on proposals, effort estimates, and delivery planning for prospective clients
Champion the use of Generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery efficiency, reporting, documentation, and team productivity
Stay current on emerging MarTech, CX, and AI trends, contributing practical insights that strengthen Verticurl's delivery capabilities and client value proposition
Minimum 6+ years of experience in a project management role, with a focus on delivering digital marketing technology solutions
Minimum 8+ years of overall professional work experience in a technology, consulting, or agency environment
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale MarTech and CX implementations, including platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, Segment CDP, Tealium, Sitecore, Drupal, and Magento, as well as third-party integrations such as Mulesoft
Experience project managing at least two CX or MarTech solutions end-to-end is a MUST
Experience in an agency or consulting role is a MUST, with strong working knowledge of CX, MarTech, and/or AdTech
Experience integrating social messaging platforms (e.g. LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat) is a plus particularly relevant for the Thai market
Proficient in predictive (waterfall), Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches
Familiar with servant leadership principles and how to apply them in a consulting delivery environment
BS/BA degree with a valid PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification is strongly preferred
Good understanding of automation, build and release processes, DevOps practices, quality assurance processes, and project management tooling
Familiarity with CDP platforms (e.g. Tealium, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Segment CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce CRM) is required
Working knowledge of Generative AI tools - including AI-assisted productivity and development platforms such as Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, and Replit - and the ability to apply these in delivery and project management workflows
Good understanding in Workflow management, Project Management solutions like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, SharePoint
Exceptional communication, written, and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and conflict management capabilities
Ability to break down complex or technical solutions and articulate them clearly in business terms to non-technical stakeholders
Pro-active, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized; capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Able to work independently and as a strong team player in a multi-cultural, multi-agency environment
Proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) is a MUST
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for regional and global client collaboration
Minimum 2-year commitment is mandatory for this role
