About the Role

Reporting to the CIO, this role is ideal for an experienced project coordinator or project manager who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to technology projects.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role where you will coordinate multiple smaller initiatives across platforms including Salesforce, Moodle/LMS, survey platforms and broader business systems. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure projects stay organised, documented and progressing effectively.

This is a part-time opportunity working 3 days per week on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Manage and coordinate multiple small-to-medium technology projects simultaneously
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, action registers and decision tracking
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
  • Track delivery progress and proactively escalate risks or blockers

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates
  • Act as a central coordination point for assigned projects
  • Work collaboratively with vendor-side project managers and business stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication of timelines, priorities and next steps

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira
  • Support consistent project governance, reporting and delivery standards
  • Ensure project records are accurate, current and easy to understand

Change & Business Support

  • Partner closely with the Business Analyst and operational teams
  • Support implementation readiness, stakeholder communications and handovers
  • Help business users prepare for upcoming system and process changes

About You

You are a proactive and self-sufficient project professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys bringing order to complex or evolving work.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience coordinating or managing technology projects
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with Salesforce, LMS platforms, survey systems or business application projects will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

  • Collaborative and supportive technology team

  • Broad exposure across multiple technology platforms and business projects
  • Purpose-driven organisation focused on learning and growth
