You will be responsible for
  • Lead complex People Technology and HR transformation programmes across Central Europe.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as Payroll, Core HR, and Colleague Experience.
  • Partner with HR, Product, Engineering, and business teams to define priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Create and manage programme roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple markets.
  • Lead organisational change and adoption activities to maximise programme benefits and long-term success.
  • Contribute to the TPM community by promoting delivery excellence and sharing best practices.

You will need
  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation, technology, HR, or People programmes.
  • Strong programme, project, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong governance, reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting experience.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in People Technology, HR systems, digital transformation, or employee experience initiatives is advantage.
  • Passion for driving meaningful change and creating exceptional colleague experiences.
  • Fluent Czech and English language knowledge.
