About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Technology Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering and Technology leadership teams to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives across the firm’s most critical technology priorities. This individual will engage across a diverse portfolio including greenfield software development, enterprise vendor implementations, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, data and analytics and machine learning efforts, and broader technology innovation programs.
As iCapital continues to scale, the company is increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance engineering productivity and program transparency. This is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence; it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.
